Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the contracting of activities through this website. By completing a booking you declare that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who you are contracting with

The activities are provided directly by this company, with its own vessels and its own staff. This site does not act as an intermediary for third parties.

2. What you are contracting and at what price

Each activity is described on its own page: what it involves, how long it lasts and what it includes. The price charged is the one calculated by our server using the rates in force at the time of booking, and it is the one shown before you confirm and in the confirmation email.

Prices are stated in euros and include any applicable taxes.

Activities that do not publish a price

Some activities have no published price. For those, the form requests a quote and books nothing: you are not charged, no seat is taken and there is no contract until you accept the quote we send you.

3. How to book

You choose the day, the time and the number of participants, provide your contact details and confirm. While you complete the process, the seats are held for a limited time; if you do not finish within that period they go back on sale and you have to start again.

The booking is formalised when we confirm it to you by email, with your reference. Keep that email: it is your proof.

4. Payment methods

If you choose to pay in cash, the confirmation email says so in those words — «you will pay» — and does not state that you have paid.

5. Cancellation by us: the sea decides

These activities depend on the state of the sea. We may cancel a departure because of swell, wind, calima or any other safety circumstance, and that decision is taken by whoever is skippering the vessel.

If we cancel, we will contact you using the details you left and offer you either a change of date or a full refund of whatever you had paid. Refunds are processed through the same means you paid by.

6. Cancellation by you, and the right of withdrawal

If you cannot come, let us know as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. The sooner we know, the more likely we can resell your seat.

Important notice, required by law: leisure services with a specific date or period of performance — and a boat trip is one — are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 103.l of the Spanish consumer act (TRLGDCU). That is: the fourteen-day period to withdraw without cause does not apply. What does apply is whatever the refund policy says and whatever has been agreed with you. That policy is currently published in Spanish only.

7. Punctuality and boarding conditions

Please arrive at the meeting point with the notice you are given. If you arrive late and the vessel has sailed, the departure cannot be recovered or refunded.

For safety reasons we may refuse boarding to anyone who turns up under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or who does not follow the staff instructions. On board, the skipper's instructions are binding.

Minors travel under the responsibility of the accompanying adult, who must travel with them.

8. Complaints and applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.
